Fixed schedule:

• 5 days/week: Monday Wednesday Tuesday Thursday Friday (no weekends mentioned)
• Mon & Wed: 11 AM-7 PM; Tue Thu Fri: 9 AM-5 PM (7.5-hour shifts incl. 30-min break).

Compensation:

• Hourly (client is considering switching to salary)
• $50-$55/hour; if salary $100K-$120K DOE (new grad vs. experienced)
• Owner is described as generous with raises/bonuses when patient volume goals are met.

Benefits:

• 10 PTO days after 90-day probation (usable as sick/personal/vacation); 6 paid federal holidays; 401(k) eligible after 1 year.

Overview of Position:

• Outpatient pain management clinic. PT and acupuncture are on the 1st floor; pain management is on the 2nd floor. Patients referred down to PT/acupuncture.
• One-on-one patient care
• 25 patients/day per therapist (clinic goal is 50/day total split between 2 PTs current solo PT is seeing 40/day)
• Ages 30-80; musculoskeletal care - joint pain low back pain neck pain.

Qualifications:

• Active PT license required
• New PT grads welcome.
• Client is looking for someone who is a team player collaborative communicative works well within a structured front-desk-to-treatment flow.
