Responsibilities
As a PT Youll Achieve Success By:
- Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
- Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patients goals needs and lifestyle.
- Delivering skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise manual therapy neuromuscular re-education and modalities to improve function and reduce pain.
- Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
- Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
Qualifications
Physical Therapist Requirements:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)
- Passion for evidence-based patient centered care
CPR and first aid certification required
1 year of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting preferred; highly qualified new graduates with strong orthopedic clinical training during affiliations will be considered.
Demonstrated familiarity with evaluating and treating orthopedic pediatric and sports medicine conditions.
Compensation: $85K - $112K inclusive of productivity incentives with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off medical dental vision disability and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
