Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provide physical therapy services as prescribed by a observe and record activities and findings in the clinical record and report the residents reaction to the treatment and any changes in the patients instructions to the resident family members and other health team personnel in care and use of physical therapy proper procedures and methods and evaluate inventory of materials and supplies for the assigned area of the department/ Physical Therapy consistent with the American Physical Therapy Association Code of Ethics and Standards of Graduate of an approved school of Physical of one year of clinical experience possess active State of Florida Physical Therapy supervision and management possess good communication skills both verbal and written in English.
