We are seeking a motivated compassionate and patient-focusedPhysical Therapist (PT)to join our outpatient physical therapy team in Miami Florida.

We welcomePhysical Therapists at all experience levels including experienced clinicians early-career Physical Therapists and recent graduates. We offer a supportive and collaborative environment where clinicians can continue developing their skills while providing high-quality patient-centered care.

Our practice focuses onoutpatient orthopedic rehabilitation with patients presenting with a variety of orthopedic musculoskeletal post-surgical balance and functional mobility conditions.

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient diagnoses functional limitations and goals.
• Provide evidence-based outpatient physical therapy services.
• Treat orthopedic musculoskeletal post-surgical balance and functional mobility conditions.
• Provide therapeutic exercise neuromuscular re-education manual therapy gait training and other appropriate interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients on their diagnosis treatment plan home exercise program injury prevention and wellness.
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients physicians caregivers and the healthcare team.
• Provide excellent patient care and promote positive patient outcomes.
• Participate in a collaborative clinical environment and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Florida Physical Therapist licenseor eligibility to obtain Florida licensure.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred butnot required.
• All experience levels are encouraged to apply.
