Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week) with flexible Monday-Friday availability between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

- Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.

- Delivering skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise manual therapy neuromuscular re-education and modalities to improve function and reduce pain.
- Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
- Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)
- Passion for evidence-based patient centered care
- CPR and first aid certification required
- Outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience as a licensed Physical Therapist or through clinical affiliations for new graduates with experience treating a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions including sprains strains osteoarthritis post-surgical rehabilitation (e.g. ACL reconstruction and total joint arthroplasties) and neuromuscular conditions.
Compensation: $85K - $112K inclusive of productivity incentives with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off medical dental vision disability and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
