Stern at Home Therapy is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes in the Locust Grove GA area.
Earn $72 per follow-up visit and $85 per evaluation while maintaining the flexibility to accept patients based on your availability.
This opportunity is ideal for a licensed Physical Therapist looking to supplement their current income add flexible patient visits to their schedule or gain experience in home-based care without the double-booking productivity quotas and clinic politics common in traditional outpatient settings.
What Youll Do:
As a PRN Physical Therapist you will evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric patient population in their homes.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
- Provide one-on-one treatment based on each patients functional needs and goals.
- Accept and manage patients based on your availability.
- Build and organize your schedule around your accepted caseload.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Communicate with patients families physicians and members of the clinical team as needed.
- Maintain compliance with professional standards and applicable regulations.

Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Georgia required.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Strong clinical communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible patient caseload.
- Home health experience is preferred but not required.
Compensation:
- $72 per follow-up visit.
- $85 per evaluation.
Schedule:
- PRN / Per Diem
- Flexible scheduling based on your availability and patient needs.
