• BONUS CRITERIA (SIGN ON / RELOCATION / PERFORMANCE / ETC): 8% bonus (4% Team 4% Individual) based on capacity fill rate

What Youll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy services
• Treat orthopedic balance and vestibular conditions
• Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term wellness
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent patient outcomes

What Were Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist inIndiana(or in final stages of licensure)
• New graduates welcome mentorship and support provided
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (not required)
• Vestibular experience or interest is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Passion for delivering high-quality patient care
