Physical Therapist -Resource Pool Methodist Hospital
Days M-F Full time and PRN available

Earn a $4/hr Differential for being part of our resource pool!

As a Physical Therapist in Methodist Hospitals Resource Pool youll have the opportunity to support a wide variety of patients and care environments while helping individuals improve mobility restore function manage pain and regain independence. We have full-time and PRN opportunities available and are open to welcoming new graduates. Hours are MondayFriday days with some weekend and holiday rotation for full-time team members.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate individuals with medical or health-related conditions that impact movement function and daily activities.
  • Develop implement and adjust individualized treatment plans to improve mobility reduce pain restore function and prevent disability.
  • Monitor patient response to therapeutic interventions while supporting evidence-based practices and creative service delivery.
  • Communicate and collaborate with patients families and the interdisciplinary team while ensuring timely accurate and ethical documentation and billing.
  • Demonstrate professionalism flexibility continuous learning process improvement and resource management to enhance care delivery and patient experience.
Qualifications

Education:

Graduated from an accredited program in respective field.

Experience:

Experience in specialty area preferred.

License(s)/Certification(s):

Current Iowa license as a PT. Current BLS (CPR).
