BE Fit Physical Therapy a proud member of Fusion Physical Therapy Partners is excited to welcome a passionate Physical Therapist to our Hanover NH location. As a Physical Therapist at BE Fit youll deliver quality evidence-based care to help patients achieve their best outcomes. Your diverse caseload will include orthopedic sports medicine vestibular and musculoskeletal diagnoses.
Your typical day includes:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and design individualized plans of care incorporating manual therapy neuromuscular training functional rehabilitation and more.
- Collaborate with support staff and other specialists to provide seamless team-based care.
- Foster patients long-term well-being with fitness and wellness programs tailored to their needs.
- Document patient progress
- Engage in professional development through educational programs workshops and in-service meetings.

- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active state PT license in good standing (or eligibility for licensure)
- Experience in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting
- Strong clinical judgment with a patient-centered evidence-based approach
- Collaborative team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills
- Ownership accountability and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Motivation for professional growth and contributing to clinic success
