NHC Kingsport is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. This position is available as we transition a valued member of our team from full-time to PRN status to accommodate her family needs.

We are looking for a compassionate skilled and team-oriented PT who is committed to providing high-quality patient-centered care and enjoys working collaboratively with patients families nursing therapy colleagues and the interdisciplinary team.

What Youll Do

Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in accordance with their individualized plans of care.
Complete evaluations treatments progress assessments and discharge planning.
Develop and implement appropriate therapeutic interventions to maximize functional outcomes.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote quality patient care.
Provide education and training to patients families and caregivers.
Maintain timely accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
Participate in a culture focused on teamwork accountability clinical excellence and positive patient outcomes.

What Were Looking For

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current Tennessee PT license or eligibility for Tennessee licensure.
Strong clinical communication and organizational skills.
Commitment to providing quality patient-centered care.
Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
A positive dependable and professional approach to patient care.
