Job Summary

Position: Physical Therapist

Salary Range: $40.69 - $44.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-time 40 hours per week Monday-Friday with rotating weekends

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our this role you will work with patients of all ages and backgrounds to help them regain mobility reduce pain and improve their overall physical function. You will use a variety of techniques and modalities to create individualized treatment plans and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities and limitations

- Develop personalized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patient goals

- Implement treatment plans using a variety of techniques exercises and modalities

- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises and activities

- Communicate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure the best outcomes for patients

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the provision of care

- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of physical therapy

Qualifications:

- Bachelors Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred

- Strong knowledge of anatomy physiology and kinesiology

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Compassionate patient-centered approach to care

- Ability to lift and move patients and equipment as needed

- Flexibility to work rotating weekends as needed
