Orthopaedic Associates is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (DPT) to join our growing outpatient team along Floridas beautiful Emerald Coast. We are currently hiring in Destin Fort Walton Beach and Crestview Florida.

• Starting salary of $82000

• $30000 sign-on bonus available with a 3-year commitment

As a Physical Therapist you will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions in a collaborative outpatient setting. You will develop individualized treatment plans guide patients through recovery from injury and surgery and help them achieve optimal functional outcomes.

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Assist patients in recovering from injury and surgery

• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals

• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes

• Deliver exceptional patient-centered care

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree

• Florida Physical Therapy License (or eligibility for licensure)

• Strong clinical and communication skills
