Pay: $75500 - $114700 / annually

Physical Therapist Opportunity:

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  
• Provide therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain required
  
• BLS certification required or eligible to obtain upon hire
  
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
