About the Role
Hello Physical Therapists! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) for a K12 school setting in Erie this role youll play a critical part in student success by conducting evaluations supporting IEP development and collaborating with school teams to help students access their educational environment safely and successfully. This is a great fit for both experienced school-based PTs and those transitioning into schools.

What Youll Do
- Provide school-based PT services including evaluations treatment and consultation
- Conduct standardized assessments and write evaluation reports
- Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student mobility and functional needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Support students gross motor mobility positioning and access needs within the school environment
- Partner with teachers SPED staff and families to promote carryover of therapy strategies
- Maintain timely documentation progress notes and compliance records
- Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications as needed
What Were Looking For
- Active (or eligible) Colorado State PT license
- CDE Certification with Special Service Provider Endorsement (or ability to obtain)
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- School-based experience preferred not required
