Job Summary
As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization NTSOC prioritizes client care over profit. We offer compassionate high-quality care through home health and outpatient services and professional training programs. Our services include occupational physical and speech therapies as well as CNA training. - Conducts provision of therapy within accepted standards of care and in accordance with state law.
- Provides physical therapy in a home care setting or outpatient clinic as assigned.
- Communicates effectively with clients relatives professional and support staff to achieve desired patient outcome.
- Adheres to established organizational policies and procedures objectives quality improvement program safety environmental and infection control standards.
- Maintains current and accurate records of properly signed prescriptions patient evaluations treatments goals and plan of care. Ensures conformity to regulations and requirements of third-party payers.
- Performs patient care visits in accordance with Agency productivity requirements.
Minimum Education:Graduation from a physical therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association. Masters degree in related field preferred.
Licenses/Registrations:
- Current license or eligible for license to practice physical therapy by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Affairs (DORA).
