We offer compassionate high-quality care through home health and outpatient services and professional training programs. Our services include occupational physical and speech therapies as well as CNA training. At NTSOC we are committed to achieving the best possible outcomes as defined collaboratively by our clients their families and our care teams. We are salary based but offer additional incentive pay.

- Conducts provision of therapy within accepted standards of care and in accordance with state law.
- Provides physical therapy in a home care setting or outpatient clinic as assigned.
- Communicates effectively with clients relatives professional and support staff to achieve desired patient outcome.
- Adheres to established organizational policies and procedures objectives quality improvement program safety environmental and infection control standards.
- Maintains current and accurate records of properly signed prescriptions patient evaluations treatments goals and plan of care. Ensures conformity to regulations and requirements of third-party payers.
- Performs patient care visits in accordance with Agency productivity requirements.
Minimum Education:Graduation from a physical therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association. Masters degree in related field preferred.
Licenses/Registrations:
- Current license or eligible for license to practice physical therapy by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Affairs (DORA).
