Job Summary

Position: Physical Therapist

Salary Range: $44.02-$46.93 per hour

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week Monday-Friday. No weekend rotation required.

Location: This position will require travel between two locations - Enterprise and Collington.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients improve their physical health and well-being through therapeutic exercises and treatments. As a Physical Therapist you will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans monitor progress and provide guidance and support throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients physical abilities and limitations

- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients needs and goals

- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques including exercises manual therapy and modalities to help patients improve their strength mobility and overall function

- Monitor patients progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

- Educate patients and their families on exercises and home care techniques to continue their progress outside of therapy sessions

- Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals including physicians and occupational therapists to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

- Stay current with advancements in physical therapy techniques and technology

Qualifications:

- Bachelors Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy

- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferably in an outpatient or orthopedic setting

- Strong knowledge of anatomy physiology and kinesiology

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Willingness to travel between multiple locations

- Prior experience with electronic medical records is preferred
