Physical Therapist

Location: DiLorenzo Pentagon Health Clinic in Arlington Virginia
Schedule: Full-time/Part-Time MondayFriday

Requirements:

• Education: Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college of Physical Therapy
• Preferred - Sports Medicine
• License: Must have and maintain a valid unrestricted license in one of the 50 United States the District of Columbia the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands
• Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience within the preceding three (3) years
• Certifications: Must have and maintain current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification
• Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen
• Communication: Must be able to read write and speak English well enough to effectively communicate with patients and other staff members
• Technical Skills: Must have knowledge of computer operations and proficiency in basic word processing data entry and automated records

What Youll Do (but not limited to):

• Diagnose and manage movement dysfunction and enhance physical and functional abilities
• Restore maintain and promote optimal physical function wellness fitness and quality of life as it relates to neuromusculoskeletal health
• Prevent the onset symptoms and progression of impairments functional limitations and disabilities that may result from diseases disorders conditions or injuries
• Provide orthopedic clinical care for ages 1564 including active-duty service members retirees and their family members
