ICAN is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team in Bellevue WA. If you are passionate about working with neurodiverse children and teens and thrive in a collaborative supportive environmentthis could be the perfect fit for you.
As a member of our team youll work in a state-of-the-art clinic alongside occupational therapists speech-language pathologists psychologists and BCBAs. Together we take a whole-child approach to support developmental progress and independence through neurodiversity-affirming care.
What Youll Do
- Evaluate and treat children and adolescents with a range of developmental needs including autism ADHD motor delays and sensory processing differences
- Develop and implement personalized evidence-based treatment plans in our fun movement-rich sensory motor gyms
- Collaborate closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to support each childs functional growth
- Maintain clear and timely documentation (SOAP notes evals progress reports)
- Engage in weekly department roundtables and mentorship opportunities
- Embrace a strengths-based neurodiversity-affirming mindset in all aspects of care
Who You Are
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington State
- Experienced (13 years preferred) or a motivated new grad passionate about pediatrics
- Knowledgeable in sensory integration motor development and functional mobility
- Committed to inclusive culturally responsive and family-centered care
- A great communicator who enjoys collaboration and lifelong learning
