Temporary Full-Time to Per Diem$31.21 - $35.19 per hour based on licensure date and experience

About the Role:
The Physical Therapist Assistant provides skilled therapy interventions under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. This role supports resident mobility and functional goals documents treatment sessions accurately and communicates effectively with the therapy team and interdisciplinary partners.
Qualifications:
Candidates must be licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant and demonstrate the ability to follow established plans of care maintain compliance with professional standards and work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment. Skilled nursing experience is preferred.
