Base Pay:$26 $33 per hour (based on experience)

Monthly Profit-Sharing Bonus:
Up to$1000 per monthbased on clinic performance and bonus metrics.

Estimated Annual Earnings with Consistent Bonus Achievement:
Approximately$66080 $80640 annually($31.75 $38.75 hourly equivalent) based on full-time hours and consistent achievement of monthly bonus metrics.

Implement treatment programs developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation programs
Provide manual therapy techniques as directed
Educate patients on home exercise programs
Monitor patient progress and document outcomes
Maintain a supportive team-focused clinic environment

Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) licenseor license eligibility
Graduate of anaccredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Strong communication and patient engagement skills
