Concept Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide quality patient-centered care in a supportive post-acute rehabilitation environment.

Under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist you will:
- Provide skilled treatment according to individualized care plans
- Help patients improve mobility strength balance transfers and functional independence
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and functional activities
- Monitor patient response and progress
- Communicate effectively with the supervising PT and interdisciplinary team
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey
- Provide compassionate patient-centered care
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
- Current Michigan PTA license in good standing
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dependable and professional
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous skilled nursing/post-acute experience is a plus but not required
