We are seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Monroe Michigan. This is a great opportunity for a PTA looking for a flexible schedule while making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients.
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve mobility strength balance and function
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes with the supervising Physical Therapist
- Document treatments accurately and timely
- Collaborate with nursing and other members of the interdisciplinary team
- Provide compassionate patient-centered care
- Current Michigan Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable compassionate and team-oriented
- Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is a plus
