We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our highly respected rehabilitation team based out of our Keene NH office. Our therapists are valued professionals who work in a supportive collaborative environment focused on exceptional patient care and professional growth.

Responsibilities
  • Provide home-based physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and mobility activities designed to improve strength balance flexibility and function
  • Observe patient progress and report changes or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist
  • Educate patients and caregivers on therapy exercises safety precautions and home care techniques
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Support individualized treatment plans focused on patient goals and quality outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and state and federal healthcare regulations

Qualifications
  • Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or certification in the State of New Hampshire
  • Graduate of an accredited PTA program
  • Current CPR certification required
    (Monthly renewal classes available and paid for by Interim HealthCare)
  • Home health experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate dependable and patient-focused approach to care
