Concept Rehab is looking for a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Oak Harbor OH! If youre a compassionate motivated PTA who enjoys making a difference in the lives of patients wed love to hear from you.
- Provide skilled therapy services under the direction of a Physical Therapist
- Develop positive relationships with patients families and facility staff
- Help patients improve mobility strength balance and independence
- Document treatment and patient progress accurately
- Collaborate with an experienced rehabilitation team
- Current PTA license in Ohio
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate dependable and team-oriented
- Experience in a skilled nursing or senior living setting is a plus
