- Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Help patients improve mobility balance strength and functional independence.
- Accurately document patient progress and treatment interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians nursing staff therapists and families to achieve the best outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with all state federal and company standards.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current Missouri PTA license (or eligible for licensure).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Experience in skilled nursing post-acute care rehabilitation long-term care geriatric therapy orthopedic rehabilitation balance training fall prevention mobility training functional independence and patient-centered care is a plus.
