Day to day you can expect 30-60minute one-to-onesessionsthatfoster strong client and caregiver relationships andbuilt in documentationtimeso your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge.Teammates can expect a productivity of 75% of their day.

Compensation flexibility
Choose a model that works for you!Hourly($31-33/hour) or pay-per-billed-hour ($42$54/hour).Wellexplain both models clearly so you can choose what makes sense for how you want to work. Bilingual Enjoy anadditional2% on top of your compensation!
Performance-basedmonthly bonus
We reward your hard work! Earn $250 or $750 per month or up to $9000 in annual performance incentives!

- Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
- Colorado DORA PTA license or eligible to obtain
- 2-5 years of clinical experience
