Position Overview
Physicians Rehab Solution is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the team at Colorado Springs Orthopaedic Group in Colorado Springs CO. This is an outpatient orthopedic opportunity offering full-time part-time and PRN scheduling options.
The ideal candidate is a compassionate team-oriented clinician with strong communication skills and a passion for providing high-quality patient care. New graduate Physical Therapist Assistants are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship and clinical support.
Role Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist Assistant will work in a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic setting treating patients across a broad range of diagnoses and ages. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with experienced clinicians while helping patients achieve their functional goals.
Full-time PTAs can expect to treat approximately 11 patients per day while maintaining a supportive and patient-focused environment.
Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated starting compensation for this full-time position is approximately $25 per hour with adjustments based on experience and qualifications. Bonus opportunities are also available.

Schedule
Clinic hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Flexible scheduling options are available based on clinician availability and clinic needs.
No weekends

Qualifications
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Colorado
Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
New graduate PTAs are welcome and will receive training and mentorship
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
