FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Naples Florida is seeking a licensedPhysical Therapist Assistant (PTA) including new graduates who is eager to grow in a supportive mentorship-driven outpatient clinic.

Our Naples Franchise clinic is centrally located and easily accessible from Bonita Springs Estero Marco Island and South Naples.

This role is perfect for early-career PTAs and new graduates seeking structured mentorship clinical autonomy and long-term career development.

You will:

• Assist in the care of adult and senior patients

• Support outcomes-focused patient-centered therapy

• Work closely with PTs to develop and implement treatment plans

• Have opportunities to expand responsibilities as you grow

• Enjoy a flexible start date

• Assist with comprehensive evaluations and implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a PT

• Deliver evidence-based care in:

  • Outpatient orthopedics

  • Balance & vestibular rehabilitation

  • Neurological rehabilitation

• Build strong therapeutic relationships with patients

• Document treatments accurately and timely

• Collaborate with team members to support a positive clinic culture

• Participate in mentorship continuing education and clinical skill development

• Licensed PTA in Florida (or license-eligible)

• New grads welcome; 15 years experience also encouraged

• Solid foundation in orthopedic physical therapy

• Interest in balance and vestibular rehabilitation

• Coachable motivated and patient-centered

• Team-oriented with a desire for long-term growth
