Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting
Progress patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care
Build strong patient relationships and create a positive care experience
Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising PT
Complete timely accurate documentation
Contribute to a collaborative high-performing clinic environment

Qualifications
Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements:
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Desire to grow clinically and contribute to a high-performing team environment
About
Compensation: $30 - $35/hour inclusive of productivity incentives with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off medical dental vision disability paid continued education and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
