• Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans based on the patients plan of care
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises functional activities and other interventions
• Build strong patient relationships and provide an exceptional patient experience
• Monitor patient progress and communicate observations with the Physical Therapist
• Educate patients on exercises injury prevention recovery and long-term wellness
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and other team members
• Contribute to a positive team-focused clinic culture

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in South Carolina (or eligible for licensure)
• New graduates encouraged to applymentorship and support provided
• Commitment to clinical excellence and ongoing learning
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and team-oriented mindset
• Passion for creating outstanding patient experiences
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative clinical team
