Job Summary
- Provide direct patient care following established treatment plans and clinical guidelines
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Accurately document patient findings progress and education provided to patients and caregivers
- Collaborate with physicians insurance providers and team members to ensure excellent patient outcomes
- Support a positive encouraging and team-oriented clinical environment
Qualifications :
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current Virginia PTA license and CPR certification
- Passion for orthopedic rehabilitation and patient care
- Desire for continued professional growth and learning
- Ability to build rapport with patients and provide compassionate individualized care.
- Self-motivated positive and team-oriented.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and an exceptional patient experience.
