• Evaluate plan and provide high-quality PT services to patients with a variety of conditions.
• Develop implement and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical progress.
• Perform therapeutic interventions including manual therapy therapeutic exercise and use of modalities.
• Document patient progress outcomes and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner.
• Educate patients and families on exercises safety and strategies to support recovery and long-term wellness.
• Maintain a clean safe and organized therapy environment.
• Collaborate with the therapy team and other healthcare staff to ensure coordinated effective care.
• Monitor patient responses to therapy and make clinical decisions to optimize outcomes.
• Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive supportive team culture.

• Masters or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program or anticipated graduation.
• Current or anticipated Kansas PT license (or eligibility).
• Strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients families and colleagues.
• Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
• Interest in rural healthcare and working collaboratively with a team.
