FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers Anderson is growing and we are looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient rehabilitation team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate or experienced Physical Therapist who wants to develop clinically work with a supportive team and build a long-term career in outpatient physical therapy.

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations

• Develop individualized plans of care based on patient goals and clinical findings

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatment in an outpatient setting

• Treat patients with orthopedic musculoskeletal vestibular balance and mobility conditions

• Perform therapeutic exercises manual therapy neuromuscular re-education gait training and balance training

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate

• Educate patients regarding their diagnosis treatment plan home exercise program injury prevention and wellness

• Communicate effectively with patients caregivers physicians and other healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate timely and compliant clinical documentation

• Participate as a collaborative member of the rehabilitation team

• Provide compassionate patient-centered care focused on functional outcomes

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent physical therapy degree

• Current or pending South Carolina Physical Therapist license

• New graduates are encouraged to apply

• Experience in outpatient physical therapy is a plus but not required

• Interest in orthopedic vestibular and balance rehabilitation

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

• Commitment to providing high-quality patient-centered care
