- Develop personalized treatment plans to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patient progress and adjust therapies as needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and strategies for continued recovery at home.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
- Stay updated with the latest physical therapy techniques and integrate them into practice.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to new graduates and interns within the team.
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) Physical Therapist in New Mexico
- Recent graduates welcome: well guide you every step of the way!
- Experience in developing personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and adjust therapies based on patient progress.
- Proven track record of collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication skills to educate patients and families on home recovery strategies.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Commitment to staying updated with the latest physical therapy techniques and practices.
- Experience in providing mentorship and guidance to new graduates and interns is a plus.
