Physical Therapist Acute Inpatient

Location: Mishawaka IN
Schedule: Full-Time 8:00 - 4:30pm Monday - Friday with weekend rotations

What Youll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals

• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and functional independence

• Collaborate with physicians nurses and fellow therapists to ensure coordinated care

• Educate patients and families on therapy goals progress and home programs

• Accurately document evaluations treatment sessions and discharge summaries

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and hospital initiatives

• Support a culture of safety quality and continuous improvement

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree (minimum) in Physical Therapy from an accredited academic program

• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Indiana

• Current CPR certification

• Previous clinical experience preferred

• New graduates welcome

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
