Physical Security Project Manager Billingual in Korean

• Manage end-to-end physical security projects from planning through implementation and project closeout.
• Coordinate installation and deployment of CCTV access control surveillance alarm and related security systems.
• Develop project schedules timelines budgets and resource plans.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients vendors contractors and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with security standards safety requirements and company policies.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate site surveys system testing commissioning and project documentation.
• Review vendor proposals purchase orders and project deliverables.
• Support troubleshooting and issue resolution during implementation phases.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of project management experience in physical security low-voltage systems or related infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of:
• CCTV / Video Surveillance Systems
• Access Control Systems
• Intrusion Detection & Alarm Systems
• Security Monitoring Platforms
• Low Voltage Cabling Infrastructure
• Experience managing vendors contractors and installation teams.
• Strong understanding of project planning budgeting and scheduling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook)
• Billingual in Korean and English a must
