• PT: $80 per visit (potential $100000$120000/year based on caseload)
• PTA: $55$60 per visit
• OT: $80 per visit (potential $100000$120000/year based on caseload)

• Provide in-home physical or occupational therapy visits
• Conduct evaluations reassessments and fall risk assessments
• Document accurately and communicate progress with the care team
• Oversee client progress and ensure top-notch care

What Were Looking For

• Current Hawaii license as PT PTA OT or COTA
• 1 year of clinical experience (home health preferred)
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Comfortable with outreach and public presentations
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
