SUMMARY/SCOPE/GOAL Proved physical/occupational therapy treatments to students and consultation to school staff and parents to enhance students functioning in an education setting. QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: REQUIRED: Completion of two (2) year Associate degree program for physical/occupational therapy assistant. Pass National Certification examination. Licensed by the State of Florida Medical Department of Professional Regulation. PREFERRED/DESIRED: CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/TRAINING: REQUIRED: Valid Florida Drivers License.
