The Role:

As aPhotographyManager you will lead a dynamic team of 8-10 photographers supportingCoStar LoopNet. This role combinespeopleleadershipoperational oversighttechnical expertiseand exceptional customer service to ensureclients receivebest-in-classmedia for their residentialand will be accountable for team performance appointment deadlines media quality and consistent adherence to company standards.

The ideal candidate willhaveastrongeye for detailproven operations management experience soundtechnicaljudgment andthe abilitytocoach and motivateremote teams. This role will work closely with clients sales logistics customer support trainingand the broaderPhotographydepartment. Thisis an in-office positionbasedwithin the respective market.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead coachand manage a team of 8-10 photographersprovidingregularguidance support and feedback todrivehigh-quality performance and adherence to company standards
  • Support hiring onboarding training and performance management to build and retain a high-performing photography team
  • Develop and implement efficient workflowsthat improve field productivity appointment coverage and service deliverywhile maintaining qualitystandards
  • Conduct regular quality auditsacrossall mediadeliverablesto ensure accuracy completeness and adherence to brand standards; provide timely coaching andfeedbackas needed
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressingclientinquiries resolvingconcernsandensuring a positiveserviceexperiencethroughout theappointmentprocess
  • Review KPIs scorecards appointment lead times and team performance trends to identify opportunities for improvement and create clear action plans
  • Champion process improvement and emerging technology including AI-enabled tools to reduce manual effort improve team productivity and maintain quality consistency
  • Serve as the primary point of contact foremployeetechnical issues related to equipment and software; troubleshootproblems and coordinate with IT support to resolve issues promptly
  • Partnerwith internal teams including logistics salescustomer supporttraining and product stakeholdersto coordinate appointments address client needsescalate issuesand ensure seamlessservicedelivery
  • Travel frequentlywithinthe assignedregionwith occasionaltravel to the Richmond VA officeasrequired

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited not-for-profitUniversity or College
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers
  • 3-5years ofdirect operations managementexperience leading6 employees;field andremoteteammanagement experiencepreferred
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to motivate and engage remote teams effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
  • Experienceanalyzing and interpreting KPIs scorecardsand performance metricsto identify trends and drive action plans.
  • Demonstrated experience managing performance setting clear expectations and holding team members accountable to measurable goals KPIs and quality standards.
  • Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Candidates must possess a current and valid drivers license.

The final salary or hourly rate offered for this role will fall within the range set forth below based on a variety of factors including but not limited to geographic location skills and competencies.

Base Compensation: $100k with performance-based bonus.
