Job Summary Post-Eligibility Specialist
- Manage and monitor a caseload of dependent DCS youth receiving federal Social Security Veterans or Railroad retirement benefits
- Ensure compliance with Arizona Revised Statute (A.R.S. 8-468) and all federal benefit program guidelines
- Oversee a caseload of up to 300 individual cases per Specialist (with approximately 900 youth in the program at any time)
- Actively track document and manage federal benefits for assigned youth
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support compliance and reporting requirements
- Work onsite with the potential to transition to a hybrid work arrangement in the future
- Must be local to the area available for in-person interviews within one week of posting close and able to start within two weeks of offer
- Adhere to agency protocols for background checks and drug screenings (HireRight)
