Work Schedule:
90% FTE 4:30pm-5:00am 3 12-hour shifts per week every other weekend rotation 2 holidays annually rotated. You will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St.
Additional components of compensation include impressive shift differentials - $3/ hr evening $4 hr night and $3.25/ hr weekend shift differential as applicable for hours worked.
Additional components of compensation may include: overtime and on-call pay

- Successful completion of a phlebotomy course and/or one year of phlebotomy experience. Required
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required
