Phlebotomist I

Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist I to support our clients healthcare facility in Greenville KY 42345

Location: Greenville KY 42345
Contract: 3 contract-to-hire
Pay: $20$21.50/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-3:30 pm MST
Hours: 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture capillary pediatric geriatric and adult blood collections.
• Collect label process and prepare specimens while maintaining specimen integrity.
• Verify patient identification and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide excellent patient care while following HIPAA safety and infection-control protocols.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent Required
• 6 months of phlebotomy experience Required
• Phlebotomy certification/license Preferred
• Experience with venipuncture capillary collections specimen processing labeling chain of custody and EMR/EHR.
