As a Specialty Pharmacy Liaison / Pharmacy Technician you will serve as the single point of contact for specialty pharmacy patients helping them navigate complex therapies while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

In this highly visible role you will:

Assess patient needs and provide ongoing refill support
Coordinate specialty medication deliveries
Resolve insurance prior authorization and copay challenges
Monitor medication adherence and patient outcomes
Collaborate with pharmacists providers clinic staff and healthcare teams across the continuum of care
Help ensure patient concerns are resolved quickly and effectively

Registered Pharmacy Technician in the state of employment required
National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) preferred but not required

25 years of Pharmacy Technician experience required
58 years preferred

High School Diploma or GED required
