As Manager of Patient Services youll lead a team of Specialty Liaisons working directly in hospital-based specialty clinics. Youll support day-to-day operations coach performance and make sure best practices are consistently delivered for patients and partners.
Lead coach and develop a team of Specialty Liaisons in specialty clinics
Drive a high-quality patient experience while meeting service growth and performance goals
Support onboarding training performance feedback and professional development
Partner closely with clinics pharmacies and internal Shields teams to keep operations running smoothly
Identify opportunities to improve workflows efficiency and patient outcomes
Build strong relationships with clinic and health system leaders
Ensure coverage accountability and consistent use of best practices
Share updates and insights with leadership and collaborate on growth initiatives
Proven people management experience ideally in pharmacy or healthcare

Education & Experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required with a minimum of 2 years supervisory/management experience preferred
5 years working in a healthcare or pharmacy environment with direct patient and clinician contact required
National Certification as a CPhT (or equivalent) and prior experience as a licensed pharmacy technician would be optimal in this role
Experience working within a retail hospital or provider type setting communicating with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals (preferably in an outpatient or medical clinic setting) is a plus.
Job Salary:
An employee in this position can expect a salary rate between $70000 and $95000 plus bonus pursuant to the terms of any bonus plan if applicable. The actual salary will depend on experience seniority geographic location and other factors permitted by law
