Job Summary:The purpose of thePharmacy Medication History Technician I is to prepares complete medication histories for patients. Collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure accurate medication records. Educates patients and caregivers on the importance of accurate medication information.

Full-Time (40 Hours Per Week)

Every 3rd Weekend work required

Location:

Johns Hopkins All Childrens HospitalSt. Petersburg FL

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Completion of an ASHP/ACPE accredited pharmacy technician training program preferred.
• 0 to 2 years of pharmacy technician experience.
• PHRMTECH-R - Registered Pharmacy Technician required.
• PHAR-C - Certified Pharmacy Tech (CPhT) certification required.

Salary Range: Minimum 19.02/hour - Maximum 30.44/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
