At LeeSars IV Compounding Center youll work alongside pharmacy professionals in a state-of-the-art cleanroom environment utilizing advanced automated compounding technology to help deliver critical medications to healthcare facilities across Southwest Florida.

What Youll Do

As a pharmacy IV technician you will prepare sterile IV medications and aseptic preparations. Operate automated compounding equipment. Maintain USP-Compliant cleanroom standards. Monitor environmental conditions and quality controls. Manage medication inventory and ensure product integrity. Partner with Pharmacy leadership to support daily functions.

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum of high school diploma with a preference of an Associates or Bachelors degree
• Completion of a board certified Pharmacy Technician program preferable
• Completion of not less than 10 hours per year of continuing education from an accredited institution. Of the 10 hours not less than 2 hours of CE on Current Good Manufacturing Processes 1 hour of regulatory update and 1 hour of Continuous Quality Improvement
• Parenteral preparation experience preferred
• One year related technician experience preferred
• Ability to use personal protective equipment required
• Ability to gown to work in and ISO-5 environment
