NEEDED: Pharmacists
LOCATIONS:
- Salt Lake City UT 84116
- Gunnison UT 84634
SCHEDULE: As Needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must maintain all licenses required to lawfully perform the Pharmacist services and ensure they remain current.
- Maintain current active and unrestricted licenses in the State of Utah applicable to pharmacists
- Maintain a valid Utah Controlled Substance License and Drug Enforcement Administration certification with no disciplinary actions.
JOB DUTIES:
- Prepare medications according to prescriptions written by authorized medical practitioners;
- Provide drug information and consultation to physicians nurses patients and other clinical staff;
- Order and maintain a secure inventory of drugs chemicals and controlled substances;
- Fill and refill prescriptions as authorized;
- Prepare reports on medication and drug usage patterns; and
- Perform other pharmaceutical tasks assigned by DHHS staff.
