Pharmacist

Saratoga Medical is hiring a Pharmacist in Maricopa County AZ. This opportunity offers a MondayFriday schedule during regular business hours.

Saratoga Medical is seeking a qualified Pharmacist to support healthcare services in Maricopa County Arizona. The ideal candidate will possess a current Arizona pharmacist license and meet all credentialing requirements for the assignment.

Required Qualifications:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited program
• Current valid unrestricted Pharmacist license issued by the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy
• Current Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Pharmacist
• Ability to meet all credentialing and compliance requirements

Required Documents:

• Copy of PharmD diploma and/or transcripts from an accredited program
• Copy of current Arizona Pharmacist license
• Copy of current PSV from the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy
• Documentation supporting at least one (1) year of pharmacist experience

Position Details:

• Location: Maricopa County AZ
• Schedule: Monday through Friday regular business hours
