Location: Hood River Oregon
Schedule: Day Shift 40 Hours per Week (4x10s) 13 Weeks
Shift Timing: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM

A healthcare facility in Hood River Oregon is seeking an experienced Outpatient Pharmacist for a 13-week contract assignment. The role involves providing outpatient and infusion pharmacy services ensuring safe and accurate medication dispensing and supporting patient care in a clinical setting.

• Dispense and verify outpatient medications
• Support outpatient infusion pharmacy services
• Ensure safe and accurate medication preparation and distribution
• Review prescriptions and ensure compliance with clinical guidelines
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and clinical teams
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation
• Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards

• Minimum 1 year pharmacy experience required
• Outpatient infusion pharmacist experience required
• Previous outpatient pharmacy experience strongly preferred
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail required
• Ability to work 4x10 day shift schedule required
