Pharmacist

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team and provide high-quality pharmaceutical care in a hospital setting. This role is ideal for someone who values accuracy clinical collaboration and patient safety and who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment during evening hours. You will play a critical role in medication management clinical review and supporting both patients and the care team.

Pay Range:$52.26 to $67.80 per hour
Shift:2:30 pm to 11:00 pm
Schedule: Part-Time

Shift Differentials:

• $5 per hour for night shifts worked between 7:00 pm and 7:00 am
• $2 per hour for weekend shifts and hours worked on weekends

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required
• Active State of Florida Pharmacist license required
• One year of hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and Windows
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technicians and clinical staff

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality pharmaceutical care using sound clinical judgment.
• Complete monthly inspections accurately and on time.
• Maintain exceptional accuracy and minimize medication variances.
• Review medication profiles for completeness safety interactions and clinical appropriateness.
• Identify and document interventions adverse drug reactions and variances.
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians.
• Participate in clinical educational or quality initiatives such as case presentations P&T projects DUEs policy development or training.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulatory and information-release requirements.
• Use pharmacy information systems effectively to support safe patient care.
• Apply creative problem-solving skills and assist with additional duties as needed.
